JOYFEST UK Volunteer Application

Thank you for joining us for this years Joyfest UK, we are so very excited to have you with us. Before filling out the application there are just a few things to note.

1. You will have FREE tickets to the event, YAY! It's the least we can do for your incredible servant heart, Thank you!

2. As a Volunteer, you will be expected to fullfill your roles with the understanding that while with us, you represent COBH (Joyfest) and will be expected to hold yourself to high standards of honour and integrity.

3. You will be placed in roles we feel best suited to your experiences you list below, and will make sure you have adequate breaks and time to enjoy the conference.

4. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, please let your department leader know and we will see what changes can be made. We will be releasing everyone's roles and schedules before the event. To avoid too much switching around, please let us know if you may serve better in a different role, after schedule is released.

• Why We Need It: We process your data to assess your suitability as a volunteer and, where applicable, to arrange DBS checks.

• Our Lawful Basis: We rely on your consent (by submitting this form) and our legitimate interest in managing volunteers safely. For DBS checks, we comply with legal obligations.

• How We Use It: Your data will be stored securely and only accessed by authorized staff. If a DBS check is required, we’ll share relevant details with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
